On July 17, I spoke at the University of Wisconsin E-Business Consortium, at UW-Madison, for its Supply Chain Optimization and Network Design meeting. It was a great opportunity to talk with the UWEBC membership about supply chain design: how to get started, how to find talent, and how to execute on these projects.
